Interior tips from MINLU

I dare say that almost every compact bathroom renovation begins with a slight panic. And not in vain - there is enough space, but somehow you need to rearrange the shower, toilet, sink... As an example, let's look at the interior design of a 1.5x1.6 m bathroom somewhere in Latgale.

Where to start? First of all, you need to identify the places of communications and understand the layout of the main elements.

I dare say that almost every compact bathroom renovation begins with a slight panic. And not in vain - there is enough space, but you need to somehow move the shower, toilet, sink... As an example, let's look at an interior design project. Once this is clear, the next logical step is to find the most suitable shower cabin. You should definitely evaluate not only the dimensions of the cabin, but also its shape and opening options - for small rooms, sliding or double-sided doors will be the most suitable. My find this time - the perfect shower cabin for small bathrooms - KATARINA. It opens from the corner and the door opens both inward and outward - super practical, convenient and saves space, and the door can be completely "folded" inward so as not to interfere with everyday life. u 1.5x1.6 m for a bathroom somewhere in Latgale.

Where to start? First of all, you need to identify the places of communications and understand the layout of the main elements.

The shower cabin will be complemented by the AMATA shower faucet with thermostat - a convenient solution that allows you to install it once and enjoy a morning shower at a comfortable temperature every time. Amata with thermostat is now also available in black.

The next important question – freestanding or built-in? The issue of the toilet should be taken especially seriously, taking into account the available space and the layout of the room. A built-in will be slightly more compact, especially if you choose a super-thin toilet frame (this time I chose TECEPROFIL – only 8 cm deep). Another advantage of the built-in – the ability to build a shelf or niche for convenient storage of small items. In this case, the shower and toilet are on the same wall, so there is also a practical niche for shampoos and shower gels, without wasting space on additional shelves. The choice of toilet this time fell in favor of Cersanit City Oval

No matter how small the bathroom is, a sink is a must! Especially if it is the only bathroom in the house. This is where you should look at the compact sink range. For this bathroom, I chose a small but interesting VENECIA sink, which I complemented with a simple-shaped BĒRSUPE mixer in white with chrome accents.

And finally - the Must Have of every compact bathroom - a vertical towel dryer / hanger. It can be placed in almost any size bathroom and will not only dry the towel, but also the bathrobe will be nice and warm when you come out of the shower!

But most importantly - the bathroom should be such that it is a pleasure to be in it, giving yourself the first morning smile in the mirror!

Wishing you coziness,
