On March 7, 2026, Latvia was in a special mood as the long-awaited Women's Rally took place, with hundreds of teams from all over the country taking part. Among the participants was the women's team from the plumbing wholesale company Magma, which ensures the company's daily activities in marketing, sales, document circulation and accounting.
This time, work was put aside and the team went on an adventure - a track where not only speed is important, but also ingenuity, teamwork and the ability to make quick decisions.
Team spirit and preparation for the rally
For the Magma team, participating in the rally was a special event. The company's daily work is related to faucets, sanitary materials and water supply solutions, but the Women's Rally gave them the opportunity to step out of their usual work environment for a moment and experience something completely different together.
Preparations for the event began a long time ago - the team's theme was thought out, the car design was prepared and various details were thought through to ensure that the rally day would not only be successful, but also fun. The preparation process was full of creative ideas, laughter and positive excitement.
Challenges and tasks on the track
The Women's Rally is not just a ride from point A to point B. At the checkpoints, participants had to solve various tasks – logic puzzles, creative activities and teamwork tests.
Each checkpoint became a new challenge, requiring both quick thinking and good teamwork. The Magma team also successfully coped with the tasks, showing resourcefulness, cohesion and a positive attitude to life.
Although the competition in the rally was fierce, the greatest benefit was the adventure, time spent together and positive emotions.
Women in technical industries
Magma has always supported the idea that technical fields are not just a man's world. More and more women are also working in the plumbing and construction fields - as specialists, project managers and team leaders.
Participating in the Women's Rally was a great opportunity to symbolically show that women are brave, active and ready to take on new challenges both in and outside of work.
